รายละเอียด : เพื่อเป็นที่ระลึกในวาระครบ 6 ทศวรรษ แห่งพันธกิจการขับเคลื่อนและประสานการดำเนินงานโครงการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่สำคัญของประเทศของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) แสตมป์ชุดนี้นำเสนอภาพ กังหันน้ำชัยพัมนา และประกาศนียบัตรรางวัลที่ 1 รางวัลผลงานคิดค้นหรือสิ่งประดิษฐ์ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์แก่ประเทสชาติประจำปี 2536 ซึ่งได้มีการทูลเกล้าฯ ถวายแด่ พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มาฃหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราชบรมนาถบพิตรพร้อมตราสัญลักษณ์ 60 ปี วช. กังหันน้ำชัยพัฒนา เป็นเครื่องกลเติมอากาศที่ผิวน้ำหมุนช้าแบบทุ่นลอย จากแนวพระราชดำริของในหลวงรัชกาล 9 ซึ่งได้เสด็จฯ ทอดพระเนตรสภาพน้ำเสียทั้งในเขตกรุงเทพฯปริมณฑล และต่างจังหวด และได้พระราชทานเป็นแนวทางการแก้ไขน้ำเน่าเสีย โดยให้ประดิษฐ์เครื่องกลอากาศแบบประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย สามารถผลิตใช้ได้เองในประเทสพระอัจฉริยภาพของพระองค์ยังประโยชน์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตแนวทางการคิดค้นสิ่งประดิษฐ์เพื่อใช้งานเอง ไม่ต้องพึ่งพาการนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ

Description  : To commemmorate the 60th anniversary of a driving mission and the coordination to operate an important research project and to create a national innovation under the National Research Council of Thailand (NRT), this sheet of commemorstive stamp ahows a pic ture of Chaipattana Aerator, its first-prize certificate as a winning research item or beneficial innovation to Thailand in 1993 and the 60 th anniversary symbol of NRT. In addition, such certificate was bestowed to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. Chaipattana Aerator is a loe-speed surface aerator out of King Rama IX's concerns and His Majesty witnessed wastewater in the Greater Bangkok and upcountry provinces, as a result; an initiative to wastewater management was given to innovate an inexpensive an aerator that can be made in Thailand. His intellect has increasad welfare of his Thai subjects by having access to clean water, moreover, this innovative creation is socal made so an import is not needed
