รายละเอียด : ประเพณีรับบัวเป็นประเพณีท้องถิ่นอันเก่าแก่มีเพียงแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทย คือที่อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่อุดมไปด้วยดอกบัวหลวงในช่วงใกล้วันทำบุญออกพรรษาเดือน 11 ชาวบ้านใกล้เคียงพากันพายเรือมาเก็บดอกบัวไปถวายพระ ชาวบางพลีจึงอาสาเป็นผู้เก็บดอกบัวให้จนเป็นประเพณีต่อมามีการแห่งพระพุทธรูป "หลวงพ่อโต" แห่งวัดบางพลีใหญ่ในมาทางเรือ เพื่อให้ชาวบ้านสองฝั่งคลองถวายดอกบัวด้วยการโยนบัวลงไปในลำเรือโดยเชื่อกันว่าอธิษฐานสิ่งใดจะประสบความสำเร็จดังหวัง จึงกลายมาเป็นประเพณีโยนบัวในทุกวันนี้ ต้นแบบภาพแสตมป์มาจากภาพถ่ายงานประเพรีที่บันทึกไว้ในปี 2561 นำเสนอเรื่องราวที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกัน 4 แบบ แสตป์ดวงแรกเป็นพิธีแห่องค์พระทางบก ดวงที่สองเป็นพิธีแห่องค์พระทางน้ำ อันเป็นกุศโลบาย บอกกล่าวว่าจะมีงานบุย ดวงที่สามเป็นการตักบาตรทางเรือในช่วงเช้า และดวงที่สี่คือไฮไลต์ของงานพิธีรับบัว ซึ่งผู้ตนล้นหลามมาร่วมงานด้วยความศรัทธาสำหรับโขนเรือมรการเปลี่ยนทุกๆปี โดยปี 2560 เป็นรูปครุฑ ปี 2561 เป็นรูปช้างเอราวัณ

Description  : Rab Bua festival is a local traditional festival in Ban Phli District, Samut Prakan as known as the one and only Lotus Receiving Festival in Thailand. Bangphli district is abundant with Indian lotur or sacred lotus and when the end of Buddhist Lent Day in the 11th month approaches, neighborhood villagers will volunteer to pick freshly lotuses as a monk's offering and the practice has become a tradition. Afterward, the buddha image of "Luang Pho To" from wat Bang Phli Yai Nai was invited on a boat ride so locals could pay respect by throwing lotus into the boat. Locals believe that if you pray and throw a lotus onto Luang Pho Tho's boat, your wish will come true and it has been followed and turned into Rab Bua Festival in the present.
The prototype photo of this stamp collection was taken during an occurence of this tradition in 2018 consisted of 4 releted designs; the first stamp shows Luang Pho To's land parade, the second stamp is a floating parade led to the festival, the third stamp is giving alms to a Buddist monk on a paddleboat. Last but not least, the highlight of Rab Bua festival where gathers a faithful crowd. In addition, a prow is renewed annually and it was a Garuda prow in 2017 and an Erawan elephant prow in 2018
