รายละเอียด : เสมือนคำประกาศในวันไปรษณีย์โลก 9 ตุลาคมปีนี้ของ สหภาพสากลไปรษณีย์ หรือ UPU ที่ก่อตั้งมายาวนานถึง 145 ปี นับจากปีเริ่มแรก ที่มีเพียง 22 ประเทศผู้ร่วม ก่อตั้ง ณ กรุงเบิร์น สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ อีกทั้งยังเป็นวาระครบรอบ 50 ปี วันไปรษณีย์โลก ที่กำเนิดขึ้นครั้งแรกในที่ประชุมสมัชชาใหญ่ UPU กรุงโตเกียว ญี่ปุ่น ปี 2512 ในท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วของยุคดิจิทัล กิจการไปรษณีย์ซึ้งมีเครือช่ายการให้บริการครอบคลุมเช้าถึงทุกพื้นที่ในโลกมากที่สุด จึงต้องปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทของตนเองอย่างขนานใหญ่ให้เข้ากับเศรฐกิจดิจิทัล และโลกอีคอมเมิรช์ การส่งมอบการพัฒนาไม่เพียงสะท้อนบทบาทขององค์กรสากลแห่งนี้มีที่ต่อเครือข่ายไปรษณีย์ของโลกเท่านั้น หากยังหมายถึงการบรรลุเป้าหมายพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน 17 ประการในปี 2573 ของสหประชาชาติด้วย

Description  : Likewise to a statement on word Post Day fellon 9th October this yearby Universal Postal Union or UPU that has been established for 145 years, the union's first year was merely founded by 22 countries in Bern, Switzerland. In addition, this stamp collection marks the 50th anniversary of World Post Day The first UPU Congress Was held in Tokyo, Japan in 1969. In the middle of the rapidly evolving digital era, postal services, regarded as the most comprehensive net work of services in the entire world, yielded to their exquisite business adjustment in order to be consistent  world where digital economy and e-commerce are prominently emerged. The delivery of development does not only reflect roles of Universal but it is also a means to achieve 17 sustainable development goals in the year 2030 determined by the Ynited Nations. Thai World Post Day Stamp has been launched since 2014 and published continuously every year. in 2019, the collection is a 17-square color table representing such 17 sustainable development goals. Together with parts of of UPU logo drawing on the foreground and its 145th anniversary symbol on the bottom can be seen.
