รายละเอียด : ทิ้งช่วงถึง 27 ปี ในที่สุดด้วยความร่วมแรงร่วมใจจากหลายภาคส่วน สัตว์ทะเลหายาก 4 ชนิดก็ได้รับการประกาศเป็นสัตว์ป่าสงวนชนิดใหม่ในพระราชบัญญัติสงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า พ.ศ.2562 เมื่อวันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2562 โดยสัตว์ป่าสงวนทางทะเลที่เคยมีมาก่อนหน้านี้คือ พะยูน ปัจจุบันสัตว์ป่าสงวนทางทะเลรวม 5 ชนิด จากจำนวนสัตว์ป่าสงวนทั้งหมด 19 ชนิด ซึ่งมีทั้งที่สูญพันธุ์ไปแล้วและใกล้สูญพันธุ์ สัตว์ทะเลหายากทั้งสี่ซึ้งกำลังตกอยู่ในภัยคุกคามจากสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนน้ำมือมนุษย์ ได้แก่ วาฬบรูด้า วาฬโอมูระ จัดอยู่ในพวกเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม ปลาฉลามวาฬ จัดอยู่ในจำพวก ปลา และ เต่ามะเฟือง จัดอยู่ในพวกสัตว์เลื้อยคลาน นอกจากภาพวาดของสัวต์แต่ละชนิด ภายใต้บรรยากาศสภาวะแวดล้อมที่แตกต่างกันแล้ว มุมขวาบนของทุกดวงแสตมป์มีตราสัญลักษณ์ WWF หรือ กองทุนสัตว์ป่าโลกสากล แสดงถึงความร่วมมือในการออกแสตป์ชุดนี้ส่วนภาพ นักดำน้ำในแสตมป์คือปฎิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์กับสัตว์แทนความหมายว่าทุกคนต้องช่วยกันรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเล

Description  : After a 27-year hiatus, cooperation among various organizations eventually announced 4 species of rare sea animals to be listed as preserved wild animals to be listed as preserved wild animals in wlidlife Reservation and Protection Act 2019 on May 29, 2019. Dugong is a preserved marine animal previously. There are currently 5 species of preserved marine animals from a total of 19 apecies of preserved wild animals including extinct and endangered species.
These 4 rare sea animals are facing and are threatened by environmental degradation as well as disturbance of feeding caused by human; they are Bryde's whale , Omura's whale both classifies as mammals, whale shark classifies as fished. Last but not least, Leatherback sea turtle is classified as reptiles. Besides painthings of each animal in different ambience, on the top right corner of every stamp is a logo of WWF or World Wildlife Fund which conveys to the cooperation upon this colection release. Moreover, a picture of a diversymbolizes the connection brtween humans and animals which means that the protection of the marine life is everyone's responsibility.
