Designs : A bouquet of national flowers from each ASEAN countries bunched by Thai flag ribbon in watercolour painting symbolises the unity of ASEAN countries corresponding with ASEAN motto "One Vision, One identity, One Community" and the theme of ASEAN Chairmanship "Advancing Partnership for Sustainability". Thai flag ribbon represents Thailand's ASEAN Chairmanship, which bounds every ASEAN member together. The stamp also includes ASEAN Chairmanship logo.

Description  : Thailand will preside over ASEAN chairmanship in 2019 under the motto "One Vision, One identity, One Community" which emphasiz on advancing parthtpartnerchip to build sustainaility in our peoplecentered and future-focused ASEAN cimmunity. This initiative id connected to all of three ASEAN pillars across the community including political-security sphere,economic sphere and socio-cultural sphere. Thailand's ASEAN Chairmanship Commemorative Stamp is presented through a bouquet of national flowers from 10 ASEAn country members which is individually bynched by Thai flag ribbon symbolizing such united difference. The design is painted in a watercolor technique showing close-to-accurate shape and proportion of flowers of which are positioned to highlight the distinction of each flower. 2019 ASEAN Summit logo is a Thai garland which signifies united and cooperated ASEAN community corresponding to flowers on its commemorative stamp.
