รายละเอียด : จากแนวความคิดของ มิสเจนีวีฟ คอลฟิลด์ สตรีตาบอดชาวอเมริกัน มุ่งมั่นและต้องการช่วยเหลือผู้บกพร่องทางการเห็น และเห็นว่าประเทศไทยยังไม่มีองค์กรใดให้ความสมใจช่วยเหลือ จึงเดินทางเข้ามาก่อตั้งโรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอดขึ้นแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย ณ บ้านเช่าหลังเล็ก ถนนคอชเช่ ศาลาแดง ต่อมามีผู้มีจิตกุศลร่วมจัดตั้ง "มูลนิธิช่วยให้การศึกษาแก่คนตาบอดในประเทศไทย" เมื่อวันที่ 10 พฤษภาคม 2482 และในปี 2502 ได้รับพระกรุณาธิคุณจากสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ทรงรับไว้ในพระบรมราชินูปถัมภ์ จึงได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น "มูลนิธิช่วยคนตาบอดแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชินูปถัมภ์" "MORE THAN ETES CAN SEE 80ปี มากกว่าที่เห็น" คือพันธกิจที่มูลนิธิฯ ดำเินมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะการสร้างอาชีพนักออกแบบจึงถ่ายทอดผ่านความสดใสในโทนสว่าง ทั้งฉากหลังรูปดอกไม้และผู้บกพร่องทางการเห็นยอ้มเปี่ยมหวังขณะถักนิตติ้ง สำหรับอักษรเบรลล์กลางภาพถอดความหมายได้ว่า "80ปี"

Description  : From the concept of Ms. Genevieve Caufield, a blind American who was dedicated and determined to offer aids to people with visual im pairments recognized that Thailand was not handed with any organizational support, the first blind school in the kingdom was founded out of her kindest attention. It was situated in a tiny rental home on Konche Road, Saladang. Later on, a group of philanthropists collectively established the "Foundation for the Blind in Thailand" on May 10,1939. The foundation was honorably granted to be under Her majesty yhe Queen's patronage and renamed as "The 80th anniversary of MORE THAN EYES CAN SEE" is the mission which the foundation has unceasingly endorsed and supported professional training in particular. A stamp designer decided to use bright shades of color to transfer sunshine and the liveliness and incorporate flowers along with the smiles of the visually impaired while knitting in the design. Braille seen in the center of stamp is translated to "80th year"
