รายละเอียด : หลังจากที่ไปรษณีย์ไทยได้ออกเผยแพร่แสตมป์ที่ระลึกงานแสดงตราไปรษณียากรโลกพ.ศ.2556 ชุด 1 เมื่อวันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2555 โดยนำงานศิลป์พื้นบ้านมาเป็นแนวคิดในการ จัดทำแสตมป์แล้ว สำหรับในชุด 2 นี้ได้นำงานศิลป์ที่ทรงคุณค่าอีกแขนงหนึ่งมาเผยแพร่คือ "ศิลปะช่างหลวง" จำนวน 8 ผลงานมาเป็นแบบแสตมป์ ประกอบด้วย

1. งานลายรดน้ำ ผลงาน ตู้พระธรรมปิดทอง ลายรดน้ำบนหอไตร วัดระฆังโฆสิตาราม กรุงเทพฯ สมัยอยุธยา 

2. งานปูนปั้น ผลงาน ตัวมอม ศิลปะรัตนโกสินทร์ พ.ศ. 2552 ผลงาน นายพิจิตร นิ่มงาม กลุ่มช่างปั้น หุ่นปั้นลายและ ช่างมุกสำนักช่างสิบหมู่

3. งานหัวโขน ผลงาน ศีรษะพระครู ฤๅษี

4. งานประดับมุก ผลงาน เครื่องดนตรีประดับมุกในพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ พระนคร

Description : Thailand Post has issued a stamp collection to commemorate the 2013 World Stamp Exhibition on October 3, 2012 by using local art as a concept. For the second collection, we will present another branch of valuable arts which are "Royal Craftsmanship Arts" and consists of 8 stamps as following

1. Gilded Black Lacquer or so called in Thai "Lai Rot Nam" Technique

    Artwork: Gilded Black Lacquer Scripture Cabinet from Ayutthaya Kingdom in Tripitaka Hall, Wat Rakhang Khositaram,

Bangkok

2. Plastering

   Artwork: Mom (Mythical guardian beast of Lanna) Stucco, artwork from Rattanakosin period, 2009 by Mr. Pichit Nimngam, Sculptor, Perforate and Pearl Inlay Craftsmen Group, Office of Traditional Arts 

3. Modeling Khon Mask 

   Artwork: Head of the Great Hermit

4. Mother-of-Pearl Inlay

   Artwork: Musical instruments adorned with pearls, restored in Bangkok National Museum

5. Metal Beating

   Artwork: A golden figure of elephant decorated with precious stones and mirrored glass excavated from the crypt of the Main Prang, Wat Ratchaburana, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

6. Moulding and Sculpting

   Artwork: Bronze Garuda, decoration of Royal Chariot from Lop Buri period, restored in Bangkok National Museum

7. Wood Engraving

   Artwork: Hariphunchai National Museum, Lamphun Province

8. Mirrored-Glass Inlay

   Artwork: Giant stucco decorated with mirrored-glass inlay technique, Temple of the Emerald Buddha
