แสตมป์วันไปรษณีย์โลก 2559

 

รายละเอียด : วันไปรษณีย์โลก 9 ต.ค. ของทุกปี กำหนดขึ้นเพื่อรำลึกถึงวันก่อตั้งสหภาพสากลไปรษณีย์ (UPU) นกรมประประเบ็นทางการในการประชุมสมชาใหญ่ยูพียู ณ กรุงโตเกียว ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เมื่อปี 2512 ทั้งนี้แต่ละชาติสมาชิกจะมีการจัดงานและกิจกรรมเพื่อฉลอง วันไปรษณีย์โลก เพื่อเน้นย้ำให้เห็นบทบาทความสำคัญของบริการไปรษณีย์ที่มีต่อประชาชนและสังคมในปัจจุบันภาพแสตมป์ออกแบบภายใต้หัวข้อ "ไปรษณีย์ไทยร่วมคิด เพื่อเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล" แนวคิดหลักของการจัดงานไปรษณีย์โลกปีนี้ มุ่งสื่อถึงบริการไปรษณีย์ยุคใหม่ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการอย่างหลากหลาย ทั้งการขนส่ง และการติดต่อสื่อสาร ความเชื่อมโยงระหว่าง ผู้ให้บริการและผู้รับบริการ ผ่านช่องทาง พื้นฐานและเครื่องมือเทคโนโลยีอันทันสมัย บนสัญลักษณ์อินฟินนิตีสีแดง (สีประจำไปรษณีย์ไทย) ที่เชื่อมต่อกันบนตราไปรษณียากรสองดวง สะท้อนซึ่งกิจการไปรษณีย์ที่จะดำรงเคียงคู่สังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

Description : World Post Day is celebrated every year, on 9th October, by members of Universal Postal Union (UPU). Its first declaration happened in the UPU Congress held in Tokyo, Japan in 1969 to commemorate the establishment date of UPU in Bern, Switzerland. All of the members realize the importance of the World Post Day, thus organizing events or activities to join the celebration as well as to highlight the roles and contributions of postal services toward the public and the society in recent times. Thailand is also one of those who regularly launch activities to mark this special occsion and this year the World Post Day 2016 Comemorative Stamps are themed "Thailand Post Offers Solutions for Digital Economy", the same concept as the yearly celebration event held in the early of October. The design conveys the meaning of postal services in modern times which aim to facilitate customers whose demands tend to be more divergent both in carriage and communication as well as to provide more convenient services through fundamental approaches and modern tools. The infinity symbol in red, the emblematic colour of Thailand Post, reflects infinite missions of Thailand Post that will everlastingly serve Thai people and societies.
